San Francisco Movie Theater Popcorn Review

Summer 2010
A theater near you!

Memorial Day weekend officially kicks off summer in the US of A (even in San Franny, as far as movie moguls are concerned). While most Americans seek out these dumb-ass flicks as a way to beat the heat and catch some free air conditioning with those $12 movie tickets, we really have no excuse to be seeing Sex and the City 2 for the 5th time, unless it's the popcorn.

Check out KQED's review of the local popcorn scene at Bay Area movie theaters - both the chains and the indies. As you'd expect in a foodie town like ours, we've got your organic, your real butter and of course your wasabi and curry flavorings. $4 to $7.50. Some even offer FREE refills.
