Love it, hate it, if you live anywhere near it (i.e., between the Bay to the Breakers) it is a way of life. It's the 99th annual Bay to Breakers 12K run, walk or rampage through the streets of San Francisco. The city's original street party culminating in Golden Gate Park (should you make it that far).
