We can't resist one of Amoeba's FREE in-store shows, because what we don't spend on the entertainment we make up in buying twice as many used CDs and DVDs. And on a sunny day, we're right near Golden Gate Park for a before- or after-party. Then of course there's Kate Nash whose girl-group-inspired tunes like "Do Wah Doo" and "Kiss the Grrrl" sound perfect on a day like this.
Hear Kate, meet Kate, buy her CD and get it signed. She's sold out her Bottom of the Hill show for 9 PM tonight, which is all the more reason to catch her at Amoeba this afternoon!
