When the times get tough, the tough go swapping. Yes, of course they do.
We've got two events for the bargain-minded in San Fran this Daylight Savings Time weekend. Remember to set your clock an hour ahead before you go to bed on Saturday night/Sunday morning. Then -- when you wake up at 10 am, head right on over to the KUSF Rock 'n' Swap.
Just $3 gets you in he door to this giant music lover's fair. Vendors come from all over to sell music-related items in various formats & genres - many offer hard-to-find & rarities. Vinyl galore, CDs, DVDs, posters, books and much much more.
Then at 11 am, go shopping different at the Indie Mart, tongue-in-not-so-cheekily held at the Independent @ 628 Divisadero. A $2 donation for a good cause at the door gets you into this "best nomadic hipster flea market and party" -- (we're so there!). Local designers, vintage stuff, unique finds, tasty treats, stiff drinks, sweet sounds, live art...we could go on, but it might be better if you clicked here for the rest of the deets.
